Lethal house lure trial (In2Care Eave Tubes)
A cluster-randomised trial of house screening plus insecticide-treated eave tubes in 40 villages of central Côte d'Ivoire.

- Field and laboratory technical supervisor. Supervised entomological field work and verified the entomological and epidemiological data.
Research question
Can a lethal house lure, screening plus eave tubes, reduce malaria transmission on top of insecticide-treated nets where vectors are highly resistant?
Outcome
Malaria incidence in children fell from 2.29 to 1.43 cases per child-year in intervention villages (hazard ratio 0.62), with results published in The Lancet in 2021.
